Applicants must read the instructions carefully before Online Form Fillup


All the applicants applying to Baruipur College for the admission in UG (B.A/B.Sc./B.Com) Honours & General courses must read the following instructions carefully and also abide by the rules of admission given bellow fully before proceed to apply.

Once the application form fill up is submitted successfully, a unique Challan Number will be generated automatically. Applicant should have to note and preserve the Challan No. carefully. After that Applicant can print out the bank Challan immediately after Login to the Applicant Panel or it can be print out later from the Applicant Panel after Login. Applicant can use the same to print the Challan/Form in future.

Once the challan is generated and printed (3 Copies in one page), applicant will have to deposit the application fee using the same at Axis Bank, Baruipur Branch and update the Payment Status from the Applicant Panel and get the print out of the filled in Application Form. Applicant should keep two copies of receipt bank challan with bank stamp (Student & College copy) safely. College copy will be required to deposit at the time of admission counseling. Application submitted online will be valid only after depositing the application fee (Rs. 200/-) to the bank within 8th June 2017.

This system will remain open for online form submission from 31st May 2017 to midnight of 7th June 2017. Provisional Merit List will be published on 14th June 2017. Applicants are advised to provide a valid mobile number so that college may communicate about their rank and date of counselling / admission. Applicants are requested to visit the Applicant Panel frequently for getting admission related notices, information, payment status etc.

Important Instructions : Applicant has to produced the print out of the Application Form along with testimonials & Deposit Challan (College Copy) at the time of admission counseling, if shortlisted. Applicants are not required to submit any documents to the college either by post or by hand. Applicant must preserve the Challan No for future references like admission. Applicants who will not be able to refer the Challan No. cannot be entitled for any communications.

If at any stage of the admission process, marks or any information entered in online application system is found incorrect the application will be rejected and no claims of repayment of application fees will be entertained.

2 Reservation of seats will be as per the rules of the Govt. of West Bengal.

3 Selection will be made strictly in order of merit on the basis of percentage of marks.
